We want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for intimates, opened accessories, or sale items, unless faulty.

Refund Policy

Refunds are ONLY provided in the following cases:

The item is damaged,

The item is defective,

Or the wrong item was sent by mistake from our side.


If approved, we will process the refund immediately.

Banks may take 3–14 business days to return the amount to your account, depending on the payment method.

 

No refunds for:

Change of mind

Wrong size selection

If the customer simply no longer wants the item

Exchange requests

Sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only if the requested item/size is available in stock.

If the item is unavailable, we cannot complete the exchange.

No refunds for exchanges unless the item is faulty.

Exchange delivery fees apply and must be paid by the customer.


Sale Items Exchange Rule

If you purchased an item on sale and you want to exchange it after the sale has ended, then:

You must pay the price difference between the sale price and the current full price.

Exchange delivery fees will still apply.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with:

Order number

Clear photos of the issue

We will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Return & Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping fees for all exchange requests.

For damaged/incorrect items, we cover the return + reshipment fees.

We recommend a trackable courier for returns.
